Do I need to book a game in advance?
We recommend booking your game in advance, as the number of headsets is limited. Booking guarantees that your spot is 100% reserved and you won’t have to wait.
What if I don’t like it?
We’re seasoned professionals who know how to craft the perfect escape. If your experience falls short of expectations, we offer a full refund — your satisfaction is our top priority.
I’m worried I won’t be able to play or won’t understand how it works, and I might not enjoy it.
Our administrators provide a thorough briefing before the game, during which you can ask any questions. Additionally, every game includes a tutorial within the game itself, guiding you step by step on how to use the controllers and more. If you still have any questions during the game, our administrator will join you and offer help.
If I come with friends or family, can we play together?
Yes, our games are multiplayer. During the game, you’ll see and hear each other. It’s an incredible experience because you’ll share these moments together, and these memories will stay with you forever.
What age is suitable for playing virtual reality games?
We recommend our VR games for players aged 10 and older. Some games are suitable for younger children, but the ideal age for fully enjoying the experience is 10 and up.
Additionally, we have another attraction suitable for children under 10 — the game "The Floor is Lava".
Do I need previous VR experience to play?
No prior experience is necessary. We have games for all levels, including beginners. For first-time players, we recommend easier games with simple controls, such as Gunslinger or Archer.
Can we choose a game if our team has different interests?
Absolutely! We have a wide variety of games — from thrilling action to intellectual puzzles. Our team will help you pick a game that will be fun for everyone in your group.
How long does a VR game last?
Game duration depends on the selected game, but on average, each session can last 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 45 minutes .
How many people can play at the same time?
We offer games for groups of 2 to 8 people. Some games can be adjusted for a larger number of participants so everyone can join in on the fun.
What do I need to bring for the game?
You don’t need to bring anything special. We provide all the necessary equipment for the game. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes for maximum mobility.
Who can use VR headsets, and are there any contraindications?
Most people can use VR headsets; however, we recommend consulting a doctor if you have issues with your vestibular system, epilepsy, or are prone to motion sickness. For a comfortable experience, we also suggest taking breaks and keeping age restrictions in mind.
